So i figured out how to polarize in Photoshop without using a polarizing filter. :DD Yay!
Steps:
1. Duplicate layer
2. Desaturate
3. Gaussian blur
4. Invert colors
5. Layer style > Blending options > Overlay
6. RGB Levels
7. Mask vector

Btw, the originals were taken on an iPhone.
